I am trying to figure out if I should use Talisman of Resurgence or Scale of Fates alongside Illustration. I have heard Talisman is near BiS for arcane, but I have heard Scale of Fates is also way up there. I don't really need the intellect from Talisman because I don't have mana problems on fights or anything. I was wondering if the static 125 spellpower and the 2 min CD for haste would be better than the 2 min CD for 599 spellpower. I would be popping either trinket at the sametime as IV/ArcPower. I would just think that the increased haste during ArcPower from Scale would be greater than the extra 599 spellpower during these 20 seconds.
Just looking for some info on the situation. I am hoping to get Reign of Dead in the near future as well, and was planning on using Reing of Dead/Scale of Fates instead of Reing of Dead/Talisman of Resurgence.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
