Since the thread has quieted down: Does anyone have any means by which to track precisely how much time is left on your cooldowns? I use ForteXorcist but it's not as accurate as I would like, since it does not work with decimals.
The reason I ask is because I would just love to emulate the spreadsheet and have CDs tracked at least to the tenth of a second, that way I can figure out whether or not to fit a steady shot or not.
Currently I just estimate my CDs by using ForteXorcist, anybody else have any methods they'd like to share?
