Is there a cap on how much haste can affect the weapon speed? I have 1.8/1.4 weapons equipped with 387 haste rating from gear. Today during a raid I noticed that with SnD, Heroism, Windfury totem and a potion of speed all stacked together, I was at 0.57/0.57 weapon speed, which made me wonder if this is as low as it will go.

I am interested in the also, does anyone know if there is a cap. Also what abilities stack i.e. BL and Haste pot and so on.
