im currently looking over an enhancement shaman prospect, and being that I havent played enhance since BC, i have a question that I would like someone to please answer.
This enhancement shaman is currently placing haste gems into his gear, he does have 4pc t9, and I was wondering what is it that makes haste better over pure AP. Would someone please PM with a response, I would greatly appreciate it.
