edit: actually Living Bomb is your best DPSC spell, but Hot Streak is still better than Fireball (I assume this is what you mean by biggest bang for the buck?)

Yes, pretty much. I just switch to Troll did pretty well on TOC 25H, On beast I was top dps as expected because of the passive 5% on beast, and able to use Berserking when needed the most (all available cool downs ready) it’s a plus.
