I have a question about rotation DURING [Grim Toll] or [Mjolnir Runestone] Proc.
This is when i am at 100% arpen and naturally am doing most of my Burst.
Normally I would Blade Furry + Killing Spree and maximize DPS then at the end Adrenaline rush to fit in a few more SS spam or even an Evis.
Sometimes I do Adrenaline Rush and Blade Furry and Spam till Evis.
I've Also tried Saving one of the CDs for the next proc in 45s. (But this seems like the least favorite)
Is there an efficient priority method as to what I should use? I always feel like I'm Guessing and checking and never sure about whats right.
