I am a prot warrior. I find that glyphing for heroic strike, 2/3 in imp HS, 5/5 in cruelty, 3/3 in incite, and 3/3 in focused rage allows me to spam HS when main tanking bosses without pause. I begin each fight with pre-popping bloodrage, shield block and charge. I still do the regular rotation of shield slam>revenge>devastate>devastate. Threat has never been an issue, nor has rage.
