Hi there, i must say im a bit confused.
I play combat and Ive been aiming for the soft Arm pen cap since im restricted to toc 25 (normal)+ toc10 (heroic) gear.
Now i see that 18/51/2 with haste/hit for end game gear will be better.
My questions are:
Should i go 18/51/2 and start aiming for gear/gemming that beneficts it, or should i keep to the arm pen plan since im restricted to 245 ilv gear ?
About the T9 4set bonus is it worth, either if i go 18/51/2 or stay 15/51/5? Cause i´ve been using randoms since they beneficted more the Arm pen and since the max T9 i can get is lvl 245 :S
