Here is my armory:
The World of Warcraft Armory

I have been told that my dps is really low for my GS level. I have tried to fix it many times by tweaking my rotation a little bit but my dps has only gone up slightly. I do anywhere from 4.5 to 5.2 dps..What is hindering my dps?

My rotation is:
FF, Moonfire, IS, wrath til lunar eclipse then starfire til that eclipse ends...

now here is where I have changed. I used to stop my starfire if I didn't have enough time to finish the cast before the eclipsed ended. I was told to stop doing that and let my cast go fully. I also keep my dots up and never let them drop. Where am I going wrong?
