Is it better to stop HS spam to keep more rage for execute when WW/BT are on CD, and Bloodsurge isn't procd?
I currently stop HS spam, switch to execute as a rage dump, and use HS to prevent against rage overflow. I'm not entirely sure if this is correct since I am losing several bloodsurge procs and dps from HS by doing so.
