Quick question. I recently got the fourth piece of my t9 set. I was using the shoulders and pants at first, and i was using them with the gloves of the silver assassin and the armor of shifting shadows (round about 104 ArP rating) I switched out the two pieces for my t9, and the change in states is minimal other than the trade of 100 Armor pen for a t9 4set. Is this worth it? I havn't had time to actaually test it yet, but i am skeptical.
