Icehowl Cinch is more or less BiS despite it being 245, so I would go with that. For controlling your hit, I'd recommend picking up a nebula band instead of your firestorm ring, and using the Insanity(10man) cape. I also recommend that you pick up the [Leggings of the Awakening] and use the tier chest as hit/haste>hit/crit. My two cents anyways, I'm sure you're trying to find the elusive lewt -.-
