An infraction for a single instance of failed capitalization might be a bit harsh, though we've done it before and I'm sure we'll do it again. Moreover, a cursory glance reveals at least 4 other grammatical errors in your post, and I'm sure that the other, more grammatically adept moderators could find more. As such, you did not receive an infraction for a single lapse in capitalization - you received one for having consistently poor grammar throughout the post.

Additionally, both "capitalization" and "capitalisation" are legitimate spellings - the former is the American spelling, and the latter is the British one. Never mind the fact that it would in no way change the validity of the infraction even if you were correct. The only reason to bring it up is an effort to be confrontational and annoying. And since I don't like people who are confrontational and annoying, you can have some more points.

P.S. You misspelled "sentence".
