I found my dps to go down if I try to incorporate execute, even glyphed and talented. I stick with WW, BT, HS and Slam throughout... is it actually better to execute as a fury war?

Also, I tried to incorperate rend into my dps... but found that I was losing rage(HS attacks) and slam procs... I was using a castsequence macro to switch stances apply rend and switch back, it worked well enough, but I dont think the effect it had to my dps was acceptable.

What is the consensus of EJ regarding these two abilities, with respect to fury warriors?
