I paused WoW for a long long time. After reactivating my priest i invested much time in gearing and speccing questions. Now I was persuaded to reactivate my Warri for PvP fun. The Good thing: "she" is already lvl 62, the bad thing: Everything changed and I don't have enough time to read and calculate for this char again.
So my question(s):
1. Whats the best way to Level a 62 Warri "fast"? I guess mass Alterac could do?
2. Whats the PvP cap for hit, expertise and so on? I really do not want to search for all facts for hours. I guess for a PvP Player, I just use the best PvP gear I can get and get the missing expertise and Hit by Gems.
3. What gems, enchants, weapontypes are the best for a PvP Warri (burst)?
4. What kind of talentspeccs are useful?
5. What did i forget to ask? 
Maybe a new thread would do? Because there is no "Play a Arms PvP Warri" thread.
