Before you post something, you should try to make sure you understand it. You're completely misinformed/confused as to how the new VE works, and it is definitely not a nerf.

My only worry on the new patch is that you can use the VE heal effect on multiple targets anymore, it was a nice boost when a group is a bit light on healing..
