Probably has been asked before at some point, but has someone investigates the details of cooldown stacking? I have AP, IV and Talisman of Resurgence available to me and they all have different cooldowns. Is it advisable to stack them all together or use them each when they become available? This is assuming no moments where the boss takes extra damage like Icehowl after crashing into the wall.
