Has anyone messed around with T10 relic swapping? For instance, start with the Elemental one, Flame Shock, it ticks 5 times, then for the next 30 seconds, swap in the Enh one for the bonus AP. After 30 seconds, go back to Elemental. This can even be done via addon just like the rogue poison swapper.
