I have a question about hit rating. Normally I would just go to the Elemental Shaman think tank but that seems to be unavailable to me.
I had a Draenei Shaman that I had faction changed into a Orc, now that I don't have Heroic Presence I am missing on some of my spell casts in 10 mans. Before I did the faction change I stayed around 280 hit rating and now I have 350 hit rating after the faction change but i'm still missing with a couple of spell casts every fight. I thought it was 13% but I must have been mistaken. I'm wondering what the hit cap is for Shamans horde side? I know there was 2 different numbers, they were buffed and unbuffed, but I don't remember what they were.
If anyone knows a link to something I can use for reference to the numbers then that would be great.
