Thank you both for answering my question so quickly. I think in my mind I had confused how crypt fever and EP interacted with each other when thinking beyond the death knight who cast them. The disease damage being shared which can clearly been observed since on my WWS report from guild 25m raids, our blood DK and myself have nearly the same average hit/crit ticks made me incorrectly assume it then also counted as a third disease for any DK in the raid.
I completely overlooked the simple question sticky in the section top, I'll move my post there with the answers in case someone else ever wonders.
