Ok..So yes I am still somewhat Noob when it comes to WoW. However I do have an 80 mage that I am working on. I lvled as frost; once I obtained lvl 80 I respecd duel w/ Fire/Arcane...spec at 20/52/0 and 50/3/11. The World of Warcraft Armory

I am having problems w/ the Dps output. From what Ive read and heard arcane is spose to be the top spec yet FB may take over in 3.3 if Im correct. I have a higher dps in fb than arcane even when doing correct rotations. I think it could be gemming. Are there any hints I could recieve or pointers that any could offer. My guild is dropping me from the 10/25 raid spots because of this. I have correct add-ons and what-nots. If this isnt the correct forum for these questions let me know. Im kinda rushing out the door but anywho. I am keeping FB spec for the mana use and dps output versus Arcanes mana hog. Arcane hits high dps fast but cant sustain it while fire takes a tad longer yet once at peak it is easy to sustain. What am I doing wrong if anything at all?
