68 Sp to Weapon or New Black magic(believe its 200+ haste proc?)

Currently having a hard time deciding because I am a Haste spec trying to max haste.

But is it worth loosing 68 spell power? Really need help
Ignore the belt :( Accidentally picked up the wrong one this week in ICC25. Going to replace it once I get the one from trash.
