I have been hearing that Sigil of the Hanged Man with its increased ramp up time is not as good as sigil of the virulence because if the quick ramp up time for the proc..

From my testing is Hanged man is better for more or less the tank n spank fights where theres not alot of running around, say like Festergut or deathbringer, where as fights like Marrowgar or Lady death, Virulence would make the better choice.

Can anyone tell me there thought or opinions about this?
