I realize English might not be your first language but this is pretty darned terrible. A lot of it just doesn't even make sense. You need to also capitalize and punctuate properly. Please do better.

Try it yourself. Just make sure you have the buffs section of the spreadsheet (or Zeherah's app) set up to use your HM in the calculation and not assume someone else is providing IHM (which it will do by default if you just mash the "Enable Best Raid Buffs" button).
If you need Focused Aim to reach the Hit cap in your gear, you will have to start pulling talent points from somewhere in order to maintain 3/3 IHM. On my spreadsheet, Rapid Recuperation is the best place to do so, followed by ISS. (And it is still better personal DPS to run 3/3 IHM with reduced points in RR and ISS.)

After months of trying to convince ppl that taking IHM is better then ISS finaly some one else start seeing it

Improved Steady Shot
Efficiency
Improved Hunter's Mark
Focused Aim
so picking Focused Aim over all other is allways give best dps if you not have hit gear you skip it if you have hit gear but is better so take this and take more arp or agy from gear
Improved Hunter's Mark is better then all except if you miss hit from gear or other hunter in your raid have it
is i in any posible situation better then ISS if you dont trust me put you spredshet to "use mine hm" and play with talents spredsheat is made to sets your dps and you cant put you have ihm if you dont have it that is not acurate then
So for left points you can take Rapid Recuperation or Efficiency. Rapid Recuperation 1/2 is totaly better then any points in efficency
and rest points Should go to ISS
