I can't test it with EnhSim and Rawr.Don't know why

1) Spirit Wolves
2) Shamanistic Rage
4) Maelstrom Weapon x 5 stacks - Lightning Bolt
5) Fire Nova
6) Magma Totem
7) Flame Shock
8) Stormstrike if no SS debuff present
9) Earthshock
10) Stormstrike
11) Fire Elemental
12) Lightning Shield
13) Lava Lash

Fire Elemental has a higher priority as Magma Totem on DPS bosses like Saurfang or Festergut. You haven't to move so much and boss is standing on same place from beginning. You haven't to refresh your Magma Totem for more Fire Nova Hits.
