You're kidding right? You asked a terrible question, even got several responses before you got infracted and you still have your hand out looking for more. Would you like someone to just play your character for you?

It's not a flat 340 haste on gloves, if that's what you're suggesting. If you use it on cooldown it averages out to about 85 haste passive, which is still very very good. Like most haste buffs you would use it best these days on its own, separate from EM or BL.

Yeah I know its 12 seconds every 60 second.
Just dont know how to count all these engi enchants vs jewelcrafting gems I would drop.
