In a vacuum not a bad post, but what does Alchemy giving better flasks have to do with Ret? The information is already in the OP.

You do get a bonus with Alchemy. Mixology gives between 32.5% and 37,5% more bonus from Stats out of Elixirs or Flasks if I am correct plus it last for 2 hours instead of 1 hour.
