It has been proven to proc from poisons and poisons are applied at very high frequency for both combat and mutilate so how good is that enchant given how haste seems to take over AP at higher gear levels. (Apologies if this has already been posted)

Searching rogue forum and its various threads brings me no results other than lower uptime on black magic, I guess its a good enough reason!
