You should be pulling more than 4500 dps. As has been said on this forum many times the target dummy is a poor estimation of your potential dps. Any fight that has lots of movement will greatly lower your dps, but you should be doing over 4500 on tank and spank fights like Saurfang. Your gear score is a little better than mine and I have far from the optimal gear and do about 7k dps on Saurfang .
Your dps for the Lord Marrowgar, Lady Deathwhisper, Gunship Battle, Professor Putricide fights for example will be below your top potential dps.
