Target dummy data are not good data.

I found a loss in dps/dmg done on a target dummy when using black magic over 63sp.
Weps was Normal Barb(245) +63 and Frost needle(251) + black magic.
Frost needle is an upgrade and yet with BM chant I was pushing close to 300 less dps.
I ended up using Frost Needle for Destro and Barb for aff.
