Don't start your posts with "Long time reader first time poster" this isn't a call in radio show. The TTT is for theorycrafting not for answer questions you could research on your own. just a few questions guys.
i am not stacking 100% haste for my gems but im doing it though gear. i am currently at 36.79% (928) haste

as this site says aim for 30% to reduce the GCD to 1 second. I have that atm. i just see that the SP and INT (once the GCD is now 1 second for me) should be worth more for HEP as SP makes bigger CH hits and INT increases crit which then procs the t10 4 set gear.
should i regem my int to haste ?
p.s. please dont say "yes" please give reason y ? i know that more haste means more CH casts...
