Read the OP before posting. You question is answered there. Don't sign your posts. Use proper capitalization and proper words. Thru, prob and wep are not words. Don't just randomly abbreviate things. You aren't paying by the letting to post here.

question for anyone who can help. i read thru. the post and did not see anyone have a prob. with glanceing on my melee attack. i am spec. for unholy (reaping) now my hit is at 8.08% and my wep. is maxx 400/400. now i was told to max out your white damage you should be at 11 to 12 %. now does this mean in my unholy spec. is my hit cap is 12 % ?
