Generally with the spreadsheet Avellyr unless you have different gear sets for different bosses you are generally want to look at 100% Burst Time to Live as that is the only thing that you can't finish certain encounters without a certain amount but by all means I suggest making various sets for different measuers with Burst Time to Live your main priority.
