I've been running MM for a while now, and I feel like I've hit a DPS ceiling somehow. I significantly upgraded my gear since our last Festergut kill... but I'm still doing the same amount of damage, roughly.
Most WoLs I see on Festergut have MM Hunters around 10k or even higher, but I can't do much more than 8k.

I'm wondering if my trinkets might be the issue - I'm using Grim Toll and Needle-Encrusted Scorpion. They almost never proc at the same time, so that's not the problem, and they're sadly the best two trinkets I have (I've lost out on Death's Choice and DBW every time.)
Any idea where I'm losing 2k+ DPS?
Edit: Also, my best performance on Festergut was while being hit by zero Vile Gas, but I still only got to 8800.
