You aren't saying anything new, that hasn't been said before. Not sure what you are referring to with "^this" but the item in question is in the spreadsheet, I just checked it. Fix your profile, there is no such character on that realm.

You can think of it as how much it would give you assuming you needed the hit [which wouldn't technically be 100% accurate], but hopefully you see the picture. (Hit will always give you the highest dps gain)
Its a Overview/Summary, don't confuse it with some form of stat planner.
