Why is it that every time someone sims something, and the results aren't what they expected, they automatically assume that something is wrong with the sim?

Just a quick question, is SimulationCraft currently modeling our T10 4pc bonus correctly? I'm only getting about a 37% uptime on it (as affliction), and I was expecting that number to be much higher.
