Hey all. I don't really know if it's the right place to post these and if I can, but I'm in need of an advice... Maybe more

I'm not very pleased with my dps and I want to make some things clear. So as I've read I need to use DRW after the first full rotation.
So it's like:
(1) IT-PS-HS-HS-DS -Dump- DS-HS-HS-HS-Pest -Dump-
(2) HS-HS-HS-HS-DS -Dump- DS-HS-HS-HS-Pest -> And here I use hysteria, empower rune weapon, DRW

The second and maybe the third use of it also will need to be cast with "fresh" diseases on the target right? So after pestilence. My other problem is when I use Empower Rune Weapon it will affect my rotation a little but it's usually enough for breaking the DS HS HS HS Pest part. In some chases if I cast Empower Rune weapon, i won't have the time somehow for one HS in the rotation. Also have tried fixing this with blood tap maybe, but i can't really make rotations..

That's all right now, I know my gear is dreadful at the moment, I'm trying to get crafted legs and T10 gloves, also bryntroll so I'll not have 45 expertise

I made a mistake when I bought the T10 legs, didn't know this site. And with the gemming, should i just meet meta requirements and full my gear with Arp or Str gems or should I use DK Optimize?
