Okay, so I'm in a weird situation right now with my ret pally. I'm under hit capped by 33 points(230), and cannot find an easy way to fix this issue. My Armory link is here I've got some awesome gear with 2 "low" level items. Those being my boots and neck. Other than that, I'm pretty well geared, in my opinion. After I got rid of my t9 shoulders(upgraded to t10) I lost a lot of hit and put me too low.
So the question is, where should I go, or what should I do to get 33 more hit? I've done the best research I possibly can, and could only get maybe 20 more hit(enchants) without gemming for hit.
