Read the rules. You posted this and were told "no, bad poster." That wasn't an invitation to post it again somewhere else. We don't help you choose your gear. That is what the spreadsheet is for. As far as testing AP vs crit, use the spreadsheet, a sim, rawr, ask a magic 8 ball.

Original Post:

Ok so my post was deleted from the other topic, I hope this is the right topic to ask, otherwise please excuse me and delete it.
Hello there, first of all thank you Landsoul for your amazing work.
That being said, sorry for my english.
So I'm a little concern about my stuff's choices lately since I picked up [Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand]
Untill now I've always stick to the spreadsheet for my choices but I would like some advice about something.
With all the stuff available since ICC there is some variant possible resulting in +/- the same DPS but different stats orientation.
Basically it gives : More AP or More Crit
My preference at the moment goes to Hit harder while maintening a decent %crit but I'm wondering if anyone tested the two ingame and came back with a clear opinion about which is better or if it is almost the same.
Hope i'm readable, thanks for your time.

So from what i've said earlier, my intend is to replace Cryptmaker with Glorenzelg and drop the T10 Legs + Arp gloves for T10 Gloves + Arp legs.
The thing is, if I manage to get [Cryptmaker] I should go back to T10 Legs + Arp Gloves so this is not a long term plan even if the final BiS include the T10 Gloves I'm not even close to it.
I've also had an alternative by equiping [Wodin's Lucky Necklace] and some 10str/10hit gems, it's more a Crit orientation and I'm not fan of it but it save me some DKP.
In spreadsheet it's about a 20dps difference so I would like to discuss about in-game testing/opinions for More Crit VS More AP.
