The simple answer is the plug all of that into Rawr. Set several profiles up, each with all of the same gear, change only the profession. The complex answer is how do you balance main spec/off spec, does your off spec(assuming you have one) suffer a loss with one and a minor gain with the other? It's a balancing act. Rawr will help you discern some of that.
