I wondered recently if TAiaJ would potentially be BiS at level 85, if it does not get nerfed along the way: many here stated, that it even were BiS ignoring the hit rating on it; furthermore, the proc is a percentage and not a fixed value, additionally proccing a seal, which we all agree on is what makes this trinket so valuable (along with the motes building up so fast). Thus I conclude, if no mechanics change until 85 hits, this trinket will still possibly be a valid alternative. Anecdotally it reminds me somehow of the old Windfury Totem and its value, making me think of it sometimes as Tiny Windfury in a Jar (although the mechanics of the totem and the trinket are of course not the same).
