Some of you might have noticed that you can't create a new thread. This is because despite our efforts to prevent it, too many new members are still posting threads that contain questions that have been answered in the past. That or the question could have been asked in an existing thread where the subjects are closely related.

So now, before anyone can create a topic, he or she must post at least ten times in any of our public forums. Hopefully in the time it takes to make these ten posts, our new members will better understand the forum vibe and appreciate how we like to keep things tidy around here. We regret that it's come to this but we feel it's better than a lot of heaped threads and 'useless post' infractions.
