Hell Baal Runs, a 3v3 Journal

I started my paladin with the hope of just getting some groups. Then I found out they were pretty good for Arenas, I got myself a 5v5 team and we did alright. I wanted to do something with a couple of my friends who I got into EJ, Durga and Kappa. We used to play Diablo 2 together, and to a lesser extent, TFC. Durga had semi-quit WoW and Kappa was active but not hardcore, Kappa had asked me if I wanted to do a 2v2 team with him, I told him I had one but I figured that we could make a 3v3, and lure Durga back to playing. I bugged Durga about it and he agreed, it was done. We formed up last night, not really PVP specced, but we gave it a go.

Here we are, Preparing for the battle to come.

We didn't do very good to say the least. 9 - 13 was our final for the night with a 1448 rating. We fought the same 2 mage 1 priest team like 4 times. They unloaded on Kappa the first game and pretty much destroyed him. The second time was pretty much just as bad. But the third and fourth time were the charm! :V Seems like we fought the same team a couple times. We would lose the first match but improve the next time. Except for that Warlock 2 Rogue team (uggg sap gotta remember to BoSacrifice someone!)

Perhaps today we can go better than .500!

Welp, we at least did that. We did do well today, at least at first. For the first game I had trouble loading in, but that didn't stop Durga and Kappa from owning them! We went 8 and 3 and brought our rating over 1500... but then we went on a slide losing 4 more until we quit for the night. We fought a Rogue, Sham, Hunter team that bursted down Durga both games, while I was crowd controlled (I guess I should have bubbled out and kept Durga up). We ended up being 1457, up 9 rating points with a season long record of 17-20.

Put rank 1 Blessing of Sacrifice on one of your teammates thats taking damage and you will be immune to any crowd control that breaks on damage.

Keeping up my Ming-esque log, tonight was a good night for team Hell Baal Runs. Today we went 7 and 1, upped our rating to 1537. Our only loss was to a team that we played 3 times tonight, our Black Dragonflight Mirror team, a War/Pal/Mage team. I've upgraded my gear and stuffed it with stam gems and I feel that's helped a great deal. We only need Kappa to upgrade some shit and we should be a bit more formidable against the stronger teams. MY JUTSU IS GETTING STRONGER AND I HOPE TO UNLEASH MY NINE TAILED FOX!

Update!

From my last update when we were at 1537 rating, we've really popped. We played with Durga sometime after that last update and won a bit. But this week Durga has been quite missing, so we had to turn to the guild asking for anyone who would like to come. We got a warlock by the name of Lailla and played 25 games last night. We went 17-8 with her on our side! Raising our rating to 1677! Who needs a mage am I rite? But really I hope Mark shows up sometime so he can maybe get 30% with us.

The new and improving Hell Baal Runs keeps it's rising pace! Last night we played 28 games went 18-10 (We played some annoying team like 7 times last night, we beat them a few times but they keep getting us

). But we've raised the rating of our team to 1810! We kept getting these 2 War 1 Pally teams that we kept chewing up, and there is this burst team called IQ GANG that we have a hard time playing because of their powerful burst damage against Kappa or Lailla. With the Mage, Priest, War combo they run they can keep me feared and silenced (shadow priest) long enough to just destroy someone. Seems the only recourse would be to bubble early and pray that we can burst down one of their guys.

Gotta run to work now. <insert Ming joke>
