Arena team question

So, I looked around and even asked on IRC, but no-one really had a solid answer. The question is:

My brother has one level 70 horde (a mage), I have two (hunter and druid). Is it possible to have multiple characters on the one account in an arena team, ie a 2v2 team consisting of HisMage+MyDruid+MyHunter? In theory I could play at least 30% of games for the week with each character and get points for both of them.

Yes, I'm that lazy.

I got a buddy with a three 70s, and he has two characters from the same account and each played at least 30% of the games on my 3v3 team.

This is the first time he has tried this, so later today I will ask if he got points on both characters.

I see no reason why you couldn't do that, would be a very odd way to do it if you could only have one account on the same team, the only issue would be if you're the leader.

This works, having done it with my priest and mage.
