I know there is alot of talk going on now about casters, priets specifically, gearing up with AC and defense especially on cloaks, rings and trinkets. What I am wondering is for a holy disc priest that mainly does 2v2 (1900-2k ranking) and 3v3 (1800) arena with other casters is whether I should bother getting AC and Defense items. I would not have access to any from a raid instance, my guild has just recently cleared karazhan and gruul's and would not be letting a priest acquire defensive based items yet. So other than the obvious ZG trinket is it worth it to use heavily defensive items that are not dificult to acquire in 2v2 and 3v3 arena for a priest with decent pvp gear? Or should i stick with mostly stam/int with + healing based rings and cloak?

What you're playing with is rather helpful information as it changes whos likely to be attacked first.
