First post here, I've seen several different answers to this question and I'd like to get a definitive answer from the knowledgeable posters here.
In PVP, what is the hit % threshold to avoid "missing" special abilities? I've heard 5%, I've heard 6% to overcome some elusive 1% baseline, and I've heard that it increases with level so the new standard is 7%.
Any information that you can share or sources that you can point me to would be most appreciated, thank you.
edit: thanks Wodin, and the increase above 6% would be useful in situations like the one you mentioned and when opponents have high defense.

This is a PVP forum, isnt it? Why ever bother mentioning miss chances that only refer to pve?
5.6 is only against stuff 3 levels higher than you(read:bosses), and sure, that warrior with a big 2h hits like a boss, but he doesnt have level 73 defense skill ;-)
5% minimum without precision imo. Everything over that helps your white damage only.
Also remember that blind is a ranged attack so it can miss if you don't have 5% from gear.
