Sorry about asking this question, but I only just started playing pvp/arena games.
Blizzard states your team has to play at least 10 matches a week, in which each player must participate 30%. Now my team has played 23 matches of which I played 8.
Will this mean I also get the arena points of this week?

8/23=.3478, which is greater than .30, so you will receive points for this week. This information is also available looking at your in-game Honor tab, where it calculates the percentages for you.

Someone told me that it was whichever was higher of the the following:

-30% of your teams games
-10 games minimum


Is that not true? I was under the impression you had to have 10 games min to get points for a week. I may have been misinformed...

There is no 10 game minimum per person.

If your team plays 10 games, you need only 3 to get full points for the week. If your team plays 100, you need 30, etc...

Team must play 10 games that week to be eligible to get points.
Players on the team must play at least 30% of the matches to get those points.

Oh nice, that is much more player friendly than the way I thought it was.

Good question. I guess that information is not hidden, they only changed the question window not include the arena name.

G15 keyboards also show it on the LCD display. They probably hid it to stop people from leaving the queue when arenas popped up that they don't like.

8 out of 23 is above 30%. So yes, you will get arena points for this week unless they play more games and knock you below 30% range.
