Somebody was asking about mice with more than 5 buttons, and although it hasn't been released yet, the Razer Lachesis (Razer Lachesis™ Gaming Mouse | Razer | For Gamers. By Gamers.™) looks promising. Nine fully-programmable buttons, yum. The two pinky buttons might be tough to hit in the heat of battle, but I could definitely envision assigning critical abilities to the two extra middle buttons.

People should also utilize Caps Lock for for a key bind, although the majority of the time they tend to forget this key exists :p
I do find that to be an interesting point. But how do you target stuff on the run?

Put autorun on a very easy to click button and become skillful at toggling it on and off rapidly.

As the previous poster said, a mouse which will allow you to use a side button as auto-run (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/mi...s/130&cl=us,en is mine for example,) will allow you to do this easily. The only problem you get from using a good mouse is how dependent you become to using one with a similar amount of buttons, so don't ever end up at a web cafe or a friends :p

For other mice, I would suggest:

TrustedReviews - Logitech MX518 - Gaming Mouse
Which is a very very solid mouse, I used to have one and got rid of it when I got my MX Revolution thinking I wouldn't miss it, but there's nothing extra I really get from my mouse besides a few extra bounds and an amazing scroll wheel :P

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/mi.../3053&cl=us,en
Which will probably be my next mouse, looks awesome, has a ton of buttons and is super sensitive :P

There are probably going to be some Microsoft and Razer mice suggested to you too, only reason I offer Logitech peripherals is because I have the most experience with their items, and the UberOptions hacked driver available for Logitech mice is amazing :P Just yeah, a good mouse is probably the best thing you can do for your WoW experience outside of getting a new PC / Key hardware
