I used to use both Gladiator and Tattle (shows spec when mouseover)...
Gladiator doesn't show mana in the unitframes and the specfuction in Tattle wasn't trustworthy, as it collects the data from the armory, and armory can be a bit outdated from time to time. It's also a hassle to update it.
Proximo on the other hand, suits my needs perfectly. And the frames are really sweet aswell! So Proximo has my clear vote, after trying ArenaMaster, Arena Live Frames and Gladiator.
Adding to that I'd like to stay on topic and give a few advices to how you should (imo) build your Arena UI:
Bind all the abilites and hide all the actionbars possible, using Bartender.
Try to minimize whats on the screen to get maximum overview during the fight.
Make sure you set up the Focus-frame, as its the most important one.
Also make sure you have a castingbar for both your target and focus. (ag_UnitFrames works great!)
Split up the bars in necb and place em systematically across your screen, for easy use.

For those of you that raid and pvp, do you maintain separate interfaces. Sometimes, I feel that if I were able to quickly adjust my interface (key bindings, certain more relevant buffs / frames being presented, etc), I would be able to perform my job slightly better. I know that Ace mods provide profiles, but several other addons do not. Even Ace mods are ineffective at a complete switch since each mod maintains its own profile. Has anyone come up with an effective way to use two separate interfaces on a single character?

Well, I actually kept it relatively the same with PerfectRaid and my party frames being in the same spot with only one shown at a time (Proximo and XRS would also be in the same spots.) As for the binds, I kept the click-casts the same, but changed the binds/hotbar positions when my emphasis changed from one to the other.
What you could do is simply maintain two separate /WTF/Account/Character and /Interface folders. You'd need to log out to switch between the two though, but at that point it's simply a matter of renaming the folders.

Is there a good mod that shows the cooldown of counterspell, spell lock, pummel, ect.? I tried NECB but it doesn't show counterspell or spell lock.

Antagonist (wowace addon) does this job pretty good. Kind of a NECB-like add on with more info. The frame is nice looking at and i ve had no issues while using it for 2 months or so.

It sure would be great to have something like Antagonist + NECB to track DR and enemy cooldowns.

The Washington Post helps perpetuate a common and pernicious misreading of the decision, referring to "the Supreme Court’s judgment that corporations have the same rights as people when it comes to political speech." What the Supreme Court actually said is that people do not lose their free speech rights when they organize as corporations, including nonprofit interest groups as well as businesses.

Somewhat, I barswap with bartender and turn on/off some mods on the character screen.
Some of the changes I made for PvP (moving sct info from center of screen for example) have proved useful in PvE too.

Using the Gladiator mod/Tattle, and works great. It would have to be the best mod setup out there for arena.

I started using Proximo this weekend and while it seems to have great functionality I can't figure out how to move the thing...its pegged to the top middle of the screen and is blocking other stuff.

IIRC, Shift-right click.
If I am wrong, then just play with shift/alt with right/left click, till you will be able to move it.

I -think- it's alt+drag, but unless I'm mistaken it'll tell you. Either when you hover over it, or from somewhere in the command line.
Something similar to the above post (or mine) should do the trick.

I honestly don't understand how people arena without Proximo. As a warrior, I tend to keep "v' toggled on, to show enemy health-bars, and it gets extremely confusing in 5v5s, especially with 2-3 pets running around. The fact that you can target an enemy without having to tab through is absolutely crucial for any dps class.

Highly recommend pitbull, to the guy who was asking about unit frames for healing. The edge it has up on perl is estimated heals. Party targets and all that sort of thing are pretty invaluable. And it's basically 100% customisable. Well worth spending 5-10 minutes set ting up.

totally recommend proximo. I've used Arena Master and Gladiator. AM is plain compared to Proximo and gladiator. AM bugged on me a lot where I couldn't click on the persons name to target them.
Promixo shows more information, doesnt bug like AM, also plays sounds based on class like for warriors tells them when their target is within execute range. The Main Assist is nice and easily seeing mana bars is a plus too when you are on drain mana duty.
Overall Proximo is lighter and easier to use than the others.

I have the same question, is there a way to make one profile for the Arena and another for raiding? My two ui settings are just so absolutely different that it's just not practical to keep all the addons on (not to mention changing UI frames back and forth).

Pitbull party frames drive me crazy, so even though I switched from Perl to Pitbull for my general unitframes I still use Perl for my party.
I use Gladiator/Tattle as well, but literally 80% of the time it tells me we've got a prot warrior MSing and a 10/48/3 mage using ice armor...
I guess the joke's on them when they think I'm 0/49/12 eh?

Two separate Interface/WTF folders maybe?

As a shadow priest in a 4 DPS team I'm finding my biggest weakness at the moment is defensive dispells. Seeing as our one healer is always under pressure to heal the GCD from cleanse is a big hinderance and once my DoTs are up I consider it my responsibility to cover major dispells like CCs and silences.
That being said my current UI doesn't have any alert for CCs and the like.
Is there anything around like the old decursive that shows a list of debuffs on friendly targets that you can prioritise? I don't mind if it doesn't have a one click dispell function, something that allows me to see who's got what, and I can click that to target then hit dispell myself, would work fine. This saves me having to rely on calls, which are far to slow when you need to gib in under 20 seconds.
Edit: Now that I think about it would the old decursive provide that functionality?

Spellwatch is one of my new favorite mods. It allows you to start timers every time you gain a buff or debuff, or your target gains a buff or debuff, or you use an ability. For example, I use it to time Intercept C/D and Psychic Scream C/D (15 sec and 30 sec respectively). For example, if you want to watch when you're going to get full Polymorphed again, you can set a timer of 18 seconds to start after you gain the debuff Polymorph (or Poly: Pig / Turtle) that refreshes every time you gain the debuff again. Once you don't gain the debuff for 18 seconds, you will see that the timer ticks out and therefore you can get full length Poly'd again .

I've done this, works great. Some pitbull positions don't like to save but its not like its monumental to move two frames when you log in.

I use Simple Action Sets to switch what is loaded on my visible bars, but this won't allow you to have (say) different sct profiles. Nor can it modify what gets loaded, which is my current problem. I have too many raid specific addons - I want to figure out some way to enable/disable them conveniently when I arena.
