Alright, I just tested it. They do indeed stack.

11.7k HP unbuffed
13.4k HP with only Battlemaster's Determination
14.9k HP with both Battlemaster's Determination and Lifegiving Gem

Does the current blue honor gear disappear, or become even cheaper?

Also, are there belts/bracers/boots available for either s1 (Marshal/Warlord's stuff used to be, I know, but got taken out at s2) or the blue honor sets?

The blue honor gear will disappear forever from the vendors in 2.3.

On another note, the OP could use an update, you can buy the LGG trinkets for 30,000 honor and 40 AV marks.
